Kary has dedicated the last 20 years to health, fitness and education, and has been teaching and practicing yoga for 15 years. Kary encourages her students and has the ability to work with a variety of levels in a variety of classes. She truly cares and it shows in her ability to help people feel comfortable in their practice and get a great workout at the same time. Kary is thorough with her instruction, always making sure students have correct form for safety, while keeping the classes fun and challenging! Kary has also spent 18 years in Special Education and School Counseling, she has retired early to follow her passion of sharing health and wellness full time, while still offering to volunteer her time in Public Education.
