Donna found yoga initially for a physical non impact workout that was easy on the body (having a knee injury from soccer) and to relieve stress. She comes from a sports background and played college golf. Yoga has been a life changer for her bringing peace and authenticity into her life. She was immediately hooked and pursued teaching to give back. Yoga is her passion!

Her yoga training and certifications consist of 200 hours through Sumits Yoga and 300 hours through Authentic School of Dave’s Astanga Yoga. She is a 500 hour registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. She loves teaching yoga to all students but especially new students and athletes.

Her approach is athletic and direct with an encouraging heart.
