Autumn began her yoga practice years ago when she decided to stop into a Hot Yoga studio and see what it was all about. She was looking for something to mix up her daily workout routine. Once she started she realized the amazing effect yoga can have on your overall life. She was able to find a peacefulness on her mat that she had never experienced before. Autumn feels the most important lesson is learning to appreciate how you feel when you leave your mat and then carrying this connection with you each and every day.
Autumn was blessed with the opportunity to open a Sumits Yoga studio in Gilbert and now Hot Lotus Yoga in Mesa. She feels honored to be given the chance to share the amazing healing power of yoga with everyone that comes through the doors. She looks forward to helping others explore their own practice and find balance and health in their life. Autumn has had many amazing teachers in my life. Her teaching and personal practice is ever-growing but she credits her growth as a yogini to Dave and Cheryl Oliver with whom she still studies with today. Autumn is a 500 hour registered yoga teacher with over 1000 teaching hours.
When she is not on her mat you will find her spending time with her son and husband. Whenever possible she loves to hike, Crossfit, and travel.
